Dan Tatham is a designer and builder with decades of experience. He has worked independently, and with architects, engineers and trades, designing single family homes, renovations and additions, multi-family and resort residential homes in Ottawa, Whistler, Squamish and the Okanagan.

Dan has passed the required Foundation and EnerGuide Rating System Energy Advisor examinations and is in final training and mentoring before being able to submit house files and preform on site evaluations to be registered by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) to deliver the EnerGuide Rating System (ERS) for new homes and existing homes.
